Planned Activity Groups (PAG) offer a social, fun filled day providing the opportunity to try new things, catch up with old friends and meet new people.
Each program is facilitated by experienced staff and dedicated volunteers who organise a range of different programs to meet your needs.
MHA Care offers a wide range of planned activity groups across their services in Cobram, Nathalia and Yarrawonga.
Participating in planned activity groups has been shown to foster independence and better physical and emotional health. Our activity groups also keep you connected to the community, and provide respite for carers.
If you would like to participate in a planned activity group, or wish to enquire on behalf of someone who would benefit, please contact us for further information.
